    Can I buy tickets on-site?

    Yes, the box office opens 1 hour before each show and sells the remaining available seats. For some performances, there may be few or no last-minute tickets available. To avoid disappointment, we recommend booking online.

    I haven't received my tickets, or I want to change the date of my ticket.

    For any questions regarding your tickets, please contact our partner Ticketmaster at help@ticketmaster.be.

    I received an invitation, do I still need to reserve?

    No, with an invitation, you do not need to reserve your seats or go to the box office. Invitations are only valid for the specified date and time. You can always purchase additional seats online.

    I received an invitation, will we be seated together?

    Invitations grant access to seats in the general seating area, which means you can sit next to each other if you purchase additional seats.

    Can I change the date of an invitation?

    Due to the limited number of invitations and the reserved seating in our ticket sales, invitations are only valid for the specified date and time. Unfortunately, it is not possible to change the date.

    I have Article 27 Tickets. How do I reserve?

    You do not need to reserve. (Except if you are coming with a group of more than 10 people, see below). You can go directly to the circus box office before the start of the performance with your Article 27 Tickets. Note that Article 27 Tickets are not accepted for the 2:30 PM and 3:00 PM performances.

    I am coming with a group with Article 27 Tickets, do I need to reserve?

    Yes, in that case, please inform us of the number of participants and your chosen date. You can then pay and collect your tickets at the circus box office before the start of the performance.

    Are there animals in the performance?

    No, all our performances have been 100% human and animal-free for several years.

    I am in a wheelchair, how do I reserve?

    You can reserve your desired seats on Ticketmaster. If you choose grandstand seats, our staff will be happy to place you in the front row of the grandstand or right next to it. For seats in the (golden) box (chairs), we can easily remove a chair to accommodate your wheelchair.

    Can I bring a stroller or buggy?

    Strollers and/or buggies are allowed in the foyer tent. However, they are not permitted inside the performance tent as per the fire department’s orders (for safety reasons and emergency exit routes). You can leave your stroller/buggy in the designated area in the foyer. Please ensure you do not leave valuable belongings in the stroller/buggy.

    Do you accept card payments?

    Of course, you can pay by card at both the box office and the bar!
